Can I sue a Facebook group or individuals for conspiring to give me HSV and saying I have it, when I in fact don't?

I have screenshots of communications vilifying and condemning me online, saying I have been abusive, have HSV, and stalk. I do none of these things and, in fact, have recently gotten a protection order against one of these women in the group. I also have substantial evidence that one girl purposely tried to give HSV.

Yes, you likely have a defamation claim. Get in touch with a lawyer to assist you with evaluating your case and what is involved in bringing your claim. Be sure to keep any documents and records associated with your claim including the post itself, the identifying information of the person or people who defamed you and any damages you have incurred as a result of these group posts.
