Can a 501 3(c) Non-Profit organization's DBA name be switched to an LLC corporation with a new name?
Asked in Missouri City, TX | November 16, 2025The DBA's Domain name is set for an online E-Commerce store presently operating out of my home. It is designed for selling/marketing products to raise capital for funding the Non Profit program components. We are striving to raise funding for procuring a Brick and Mortar place for selling the products and implementating the program components. How can the new name for the Brick and Mortar place be formed as an LLC , and submit form for abandonment of the DBA name?
