• Is it possible to sue the county for negligence?

  My husband and I are seeking to sue the county for a whole list of grievances that have been written down. In the county detention center, where he's held, there is no lighting in any of the showers. The water is always either so cold you cannot take a shower or so hot it scalds you. The inmates inside their cells have to drink hot water or let it sit and cool off for like 4 hours. He has sustained an injury and was referred to sports medicine. The Doctor gave explicit instructions for administering his medication, and he has yet to receive the dosage at the right times, or not even the right dosage. There are even more complaints, and we would greatly appreciate your time and attention to the matter and knowing what to do about this.
