Can a suspect be charged with an object that's been put in his property that the victim gives the police prior to arrest?
Asked in Gardena, CA on March 10, 2026 Last answered on August 19, 2026Doing a domestic violence situation the female accused the suspect of harming her she found a bullet laying around the house and gave it to police officers and when police detained him the next day they put the bullet into his property and he was charged for it
