How to find contingency attorney...

Asked in Monterey Park, CA on May 2, 2026 Last answered on August 19, 2026

I discovered new evidence this week. My attorney had a conflict of interest, and I lost the case. Discovered evidence in writing, my former attorney is asking the opposition to waive their rights so he can represent me in my case. It started in Nevada, it ended in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, I lost, 23 years ago.
