Is Penal Code 646.9(a) a registrable offense under PC.290?
Asked in Vallejo, CA Last answered on October 21, 2026Violated restraining order several times. Was charged with felony stalking under 646.9(a). Is this a registrable offense?

Virtual Appointments Not on its face, no. There's always the possibility, although historically not super likely, the Court could make you register if it makes a finding the underlying conduct was motivated by a sexual desire.
