Last week the gang unit came to my house & did a search but never gave me a search warrant. What can I do?
Asked in Los Angeles, CA on February 7, 2026 Last answered on March 10, 2026The gang unit came and knocked on my door yelled search warrant and kicked in my front door. They never presented anyone who lives in the house with a search warrant. They took my boyfriend to the station, and because he wouldn't incriminate himself, they took his phone and have yet to give it back. What can we do?
