Last week the gang unit came to my house & did a search but never gave me a search warrant. What can I do?

They never presented anyone who lives in the house with a search warrant. They took my boyfriend to the station, and because he wouldn't incriminate himself, they took his phone and have yet to give it back. What can we do?
