My vehicle is being held even though all the cases got thrown out for a lack of evidence and illegal search. How do I get it back?

I got pulled over seven times. Now they're holding my vehicle even though all the cases got thrown out for a lack of evidence and illegal search. I need to get a hold of my vehicle so they can't sell it at the tow yard. The cases are going out, but the judge hasn't ruled on whether he wants to make me pay any of it, even though I shouldn't have to pay any of it. The bill is at 7100 and it's theirs and they can pay for it, but they want me to pay for it because they justified it as an illegal search because of the severity of the crime, but it was for three misdemeanors that all got thrown out.

That sounds like a nightmare that they are now trying to make you pay for storing a car that has no evidence of any crimes that they were willing to move forward with. There should be a petition for the return of property, or something of that nature, for search and seizure cases and wherever they stored it. You should not be responsible for the bill.
