Wrongfully arrested and taken to jail. What can I do?

I was in a domestic violence situation with my ex-boyfriend, and I was told that after 5 days I needed to go to the courthouse to extend it if I wanted it to proceed 6 months later. I was in the store with my ex-boyfriend, and the police officer observed us. He immediately stabbed him to the ground as he was walking out and started punching him in his face, and my ex-boyfriend was crying, and his face was bleeding. I told the police officer that there was no need for so much violence, and he wouldn't listen. I felt scared and felt like nobody was going to listen. I was begging for him to stop hitting him, practically telling him I thought he was here to protect the community and this is how you treat them. He said stand the f*** back. I did, then I was arrested. As I was being arrested, the police officer that was arresting him and punching him told me I did this for you, this is happening for you, and this is how you treat me, and I told him thank you but no thank you. I went to jail. Wasn't accepted because my high blood pressure, which I never had, went up, and it wouldn't go down. I went to the hospital and came back, and it went from a misdemeanor to a felony.
