If your debtor is not paying the debt you may want a collection lawyer to hold your debtor accountable. A good collection lawyer can send a demand letter, file a Complaint to Judgment and seek supplementary process, which is post judgment segment of the Court where debtors are brought in to explain to the Court why they are not paying and get on a payment plan. If a debtor does not appear in Court a Capias may issue for the debtor's arrest.
