Starts with my home being raided because of another individual. I was detained, my children left unsupervised. Another incident I was pulled over. Passenger, a different individual was, arrested; passenger has a history. I do not have any criminal convictions or use of drugs. He had given up my name for investigation to lessen his jail time. Incident 3, a friend was pulled over under the guise of a traffic violations to ask about me and involvement. Officer states I'm associated with drugs and criminal activity, same officer that pulled me over in incident #2.

If you are charged with a crime as a result of a search or traffic stop, you will be entitled to discovery as part of the court proceedings. Your lawyer will make a discovery demand, which requires the State to provide you with all evidence against you, including information on any informants. If an informant is not identified in the police reports due to confidentiality, a motion can be made asking the judge order the State to reveal the identification of their informant witness.
