I would like to file for phyical custody of my children and file for child support. How do I do this?

Virtual Appointments You can file a Complaint for Custody in the Circuit Court for the county in which you, the child or the father reside. Your Complaint should state the type of physical custody you are seeking (e.g. primary physical custody or shared physical custody) as well as the type of legal custody you are seeking (e.g. sole legal custody or joint legal custody). Your Complaint may also include some of the factual background which pertains to the child and explains your request for custody.
