I want to know if I still have rights to get my child back, and if so, how would I go about starting the process?

A couple of years back, my baby's mother got her kids taken away, and one of them happened to be my daughter. We were going through a separation when she was going through CPS, but I stayed around to go to court and visit with my daughter, and now I've got my stuff together. I have my own place, and I’ve been working at the same job for over 15 years. I’m trying to see what I can do to get my daughter back.
