What should a husband do if a wife says she filed for divorce and got a protection order but doesn't give him any paperwork

Free Consultation You should hire an attorney. She is required to personally serve you the paperwork for the protection order. I would go to the Court clerk and ask if she filed a "return of service". If she has, I would contest that it is valid service.
