There is no automatic rule for equalization for custody and/or division of assets. There is an initial presumption of an equalized access to children, however many factors play into whether parenting time will be equalized. You will want to review the best interest factors, and determine how you think they should be weighed.

The division of assets is done "equitably" which does not mean "equally" although Court do tend to try and divide assets that are marital equally.
