6th DUI, no license, refused breathalyzer with doing a year in prison nine years ago for DUI. What am I looking at this time?

The answer is that it depends upon what appears in your DMV driving record and rap sheet that the DA will rely upon to charge you.  Therefore, with the very limited information available to me here, all I can say is that I have seen San Bernardino prosecute such cases aggressively that other counties such as LA will not.  You should consult with a good, experienced criminal defense lawyer you trust, as soon as possible in order to ensure that your legal rights are protected.
