How Do Some Massachusetts Employers Violate Wage And Hour Laws?
Asked in Boston, MA on October 4, 2022 Last answered on January 7, 20262 answers
Some employers misclassify their employees as independent contractors. Some employees terminate their employees before they are due their bonuses or wages. This could be a violation of good faith and fair dealing. Employers are required to pay you every dollar you earned. If you have not been paid your wages properly you can apply for the right to sue at the attorney general's office and file a complaint for triple damages.
