My uncle passed away and he had my name on a will. What kind of lawyer would be able to help me with something like this?
Asked in Jacksonville, FL on July 23, 2026 Last answered on September 30, 2026I don't think anyone would know how to find me, but I am very sure I was either on a will or possibly covered under his death insurance. Not sure, what you would call that? Thank you.

Virtual Appointments If you're a named beneficiary in his will, you are entitled to see a copy of it. You may have to hire a probate attorney to force the issue if the personal representative is not being cooperative.
