Why hire a probate attorney in Texas?

Unless you are the sole beneficiary of the Estate, you must hire an attorney in Texas to do anything regarding an Estate because it is considered the unauthorized practice of law to attempt to "represent" an Estate without a law license.
There is a much larger discussion on the topic, but the above answers your question.
Thanks,
Kevin
