If I’ve been slandered and lied about and going to court because of it, what do I do?

You are in a difficult position, and unfortunately, there is not much you can do about it. Obviously, I don't have all the facts, but if your children have been taken away, that means the court has already become involved and addressed this situation, or is in the process of doing so. The Dependency Court (sometimes called the Children's Court) is where the court processes and adjudicates cases involving the removal of children from their parents' home. I don't know the facts, but I do know that the Dependency Court will appoint a lawyer to represent you in its proceedings for free, which tells me you at least had the opportunity to have a lawyer and present your case to the court. Your issue seems to stem from your belief that your child lied about you, thus triggering these results. The problem you have there is that the Dependency Court tends to believe children when they make these kinds of claims. I don't know how old your child is, but generally speaking, the older the child is, the more credibility they have with the court. You indicate you have a lot of information, and nobody will do anything for you, and I thus wonder what your court-appointed lawyer is doing. I suggest you contact the Clerk of the Dependency Court to ask who your court-appointed lawyer is. Then reach out to that person and ask them these questions.
