I have proof, hundreds of printed pages, codes, etc., that began in January 2025.

I announced this idea around June or July for shopping/ groceries, etc. and I just discovered that right around this time, in August, insta-cart all of a sudden implemented almost every single thing I had included in this. What do I do?

Answer

The key issue is whether your ideas are legally protected, which depends on what you created, how you disclosed it, and to whom. Ideas alone generally are not protected unless maintained as trade secrets through confidentiality measures, embodied in patents or copyrights, or disclosed under a non-disclosure agreement. If your June or July announcement was public—such as on social media or without a confidentiality agreement—you likely lost any trade secret protection, and others may freely use publicly available ideas.
