I had a Test called VAT from the neurological office they didn't warn me the test was going to make me a seizure. Can I file a claim?

Neurologist didn't warn me that the test was going to make me have a seizure and rush to the emergency room.

If it is a known risk of the procedure, it is very unlikely that you have a claim EVEN IF they didn't tell you about it, because the likelihood that you would have refused the testing even if you were told about this very small risk, is very small.
