A military family member was injured after medical malpractice while in Israel. He later died in US. What type of attorney do I need to seek?
Asked in Florence, SC on March 21, 2026 Last answered on July 22, 2026Family member placed on ventilator while in Israel. It was later found that the tube was in the incorrect placement, which led to brain injury due to a lack of oxygen.
