How do I find an attorney that will take a radiology medical malpractice claim?
Asked in Chappell Hill, TX on January 29, 2026 Last answered on February 25, 2026Misdiagnosis by the same radiologist twice, a year apart. Confirmed by second opinion that it was missed and had a complex surgery to fix the problem.

Free Consultation Pursuing medical negligence claims are often difficult. Search the Houston area as there are excellent attorneys there. You will have much more opportunity if you secure the records and imaging for them. That way they can, at no cost to you, review your records and imaging studies and provide an informed opinion.
