I was in a car accident. How can I determine if I need a lawyer or not?

You are not required to retain a lawyer after a car accident, but it is often a good idea to at least consult with one to understand your rights and determine whether legal representation would benefit your case. Keep in mind that the insurance company will have experienced adjusters and attorneys working to protect its interests. Without legal representation, you may be at a disadvantage when negotiating a settlement or evaluating the true value of your claim. Our firm provides experienced representation and advocates on behalf of injured clients throughout the claims process. We work to protect our clients' rights, handle communications with the insurance company, and pursue just compensation they deserve for their injuries and losses.
