And there back right bumper when they did a quick stop. They lied and move the evidence before the officer came on seen. So the officer Said no witness nor cameras conflicting story, said we both was at folk.let the insurance work it out.my car had minor scratch and dents. But I suffered neck injury going 30 mph when they cut me off that was a sudden inpack didn't have time to put on brake. Now my insurance Company refused to pay for my injuries. We both have the same insurance Company. Are there anything I can do now to get medical treatment. Without having to use my medical insurance.

These cases are always difficult because insurance will use the officer's "no one at fault" designation to refuse to settle. But if you have some photos of what happened, a credible story, and reasonable medical bills / injuries, you can send a proper demand under the law. If you follow the law, the insurance company has an interest in taking the demand seriously, and they might just settle it - even if they dont agree with your theory of the case. Its best to have a lawyer handle it for you.
