Question: What should I do if the other driver is lying about the accident details?

Asked in Atlanta, GA | November 22, 2024

I was involved in a car accident where the other driver ran a red light and hit me. Now they are claiming that I was the one who ran the red light. There were no witnesses. How can I prove my case? Can I sue for pain and suffering after a car accident?

Hire an experienced personal injury attorney. We have investigative resources that can show that the other driver ran the red light. We have proven these cases by pulling 911 calls from people driving by, obtaining videos from surveillance cameras near the intersection, and hiring an accident reconstructionist. You are able to sue for pain and suffering after a car accident, as well as medical bills, lost wages, and other damages. Your attorney will be able to look at all the evidence and properly advise you about what you can realistically expect to recover.
