I am sorry to hear about the accident. The fact that you were told you could not press criminal charges does not necessarily mean that you do not have a civil claim against the driver who hit you.
We would be happy to speak with you and evaluate the potential personal injury claim. Please send us the date and location of the accident, whether the police responded and prepared a report, the driver's insurance information if you have it, the name of the company you rented the electric bike from, and a brief description of your injuries and medical treatment.
Once we have that information, we can determine the best next steps and whether we can assist you.
Matt
