My daughter was in a car accident, she's on my policy but she owns her car, someone was hurt, what is my financial exposure?

You will have no financial exposure beyond the insurance policy. If you owned the car in the accident then you could be held liable for your daughter's negligence, and you would be exposed beyond the policy.
