Trying to find a lawyer that can help me press charges for stalking and harassment.

Over the last year, on a daily basis, I get between 80-120 calls a day from the marketplace trying to upgrade my current health care program that I've asked not to be called or contacted. I have put myself on every do not call list. And still receive these calls now more that i have filed the do not call list have made attempts to even reach out to Florida DA office to file criminal charges on the US government for stalking harassment. I was told that i need a to contact local police to file the charges but have been meet with total resistance in the matter. No police officer will file my complaint. This matter has put me to a point of mental health being affected due to the non-stop calls daily, Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 8am and 9 pm, and in some cases as late as 11pm if they are calling from the West Coast. I am trying to file a complaint with the FTC, but it looks like it won't be taken seriously either. At this point, I just don't know what to do.

Unfortunately no lawyer will be able to force the police or prosecutors to "press charges." Whether criminal charges are brought is a matter solely within their discretion. The only option you can control is whether you bring a civil action against the entities calling you repeatedly. Attorneys like those at Shamis & Gentile or the Law Offices of Jibrael Hindi handle unlawful telemarketing and text spam claims.
