How do I find an attorney to review a proposed rewrite to a 501c7 4 pg Art of Inc and cost?
Asked in Mesa, AZ | January 7, 2026We're a small non-profit stamp collecting club discussing a proposed rewrite to our old Articles of Incorporation. The rewritten AofI is a simple read and layout at 4 pages and we feel it should be reviewed. We would rewrite our old Bylaws next. How do I find an attorney to review the proposed rewrite and, if there ever were such a thing as an "average" cost, what might a typical review cost?
