Myself and others have been scammed by a software development company. What type of lawyer would help with this?
Asked in Sugar Land, TX on December 4, 2025 Last answered on July 21, 2026The company is headquartered, registered in Texas, but after being scammed, you find that mostly all of them are overseas. Everyone who has dealt with them has the same experiences: contract breach, no final delivery on the product, and no further contact from the company after spending thousands. The latest person they scammed is from 3 weeks ago, and judging by reviews, it looks like everyone has been submitting complaints to Texas Attorney General and FTC.

Analyzing and bringing clients' claims against fraudsters, particularly business-related tortious and other nefarious conduct, is what I primarily litigate.
I grew up in Sugar Land and would be happy to visit with you!
