My ex has been running since 2009. He owes roughly $656,000. $72,000 is child support. The rest is maintenance and property division. He’s even lived out of the country at one point. He’s living in Denver area now. His credit scores list 40 addresses. He moves roughly every six months to a year and a half.

You can register your judgment in the state of his current residence. That state will have different enforcement options. Colorado (or whatever state he's in) may even jail him until he pays a "purge" to get out of jail.
