  I've heard that some places have programs that can help avoid a DUI conviction, like treatment or things you have to do instead. I have a DUI charge but it's my first one. Is there a program in the Chicago area? How do you qualify?

  Can I be charged with drug possession if the drugs weren't directly on me, but were found in my car or home? I don't do any drugs, but I have friends that do occasionally partake. Can I get in legal trouble if they forget their stuff at my house or accidentally drop it in my car?
