Question: Are there any programs available to drop a DUI conviction in Chicago?
Asked in Chicago, IL | December 9, 2024I've heard that some places have programs that can help avoid a DUI conviction, like treatment or things you have to do instead. I have a DUI charge but it's my first one. Is there a program in the Chicago area? How do you qualify?
