I hired a probate lawyer in Memphis. Can I fire him for not keeping in contact with me and drawing it out?
Asked in Knoxville, TN | February 24, 2026I live in Knoxville. My son died in Memphis. I hired a lawyer for probate. He got me the guardianship I needed but has stalled out on the rest of probate. I have called and texted him. Even made phone appts with him that he blows off. Can I fire him and get new lawyer?
