city code enforcement is harassing me with violations in which the city is culpable of wrongdoing with flood control
Asked in Hesperia, CA | March 24, 2026The city of Hesperia has a flood problem throughout the city, especially where my property is located. The last storm happened in December 2025. Flood waters and tons of dirt entered my private property, and they want the dirt removed at my own expense. I'm tired of getting harassed by these code enforcement letters and public nuisance notices. So far, I've paid $2750.00, and the city is still not satisfied with the job.
