A lab has done my blood work incorrectly two times. Is there a ground for medical malpractice or negligence?

The hospital I go to for blood work is transitioning to a new lab for their lab work and has failed to do all the requested tests 2 times now. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for treatment from my doctor, but she needs the blood work to make a decision.

This is very unfortunate, but not something that would likely be prosecuted as medical negligence.
