Dental office refused to share the dental X-ray records even after the 14 days the regulatory guidelines limit in NJ. What can I do?
Asked in Edison, NJ Last answered on October 10, 2026The dental office refused to share the dental X-ray records even after 14 days, which is within regulatory guidelines, resulting in pain and anxiety . They attached it with a falsified cancellation fee requirement. Also published the health records and PII on a public media site without permission. Left threatening voice messages and calls to send me to jail when I disputed the charges and cancellation fee.
