I hold property that was pledged as collateral that is tied up in a civil suit. What should I do with the property?
Asked in Fountain Hills, AZ on May 18, 2026 Last answered on August 3, 2026I was given property valued at $15,000 as collateral then find out the property is part of a larger civil suit. Both parties are pressuring me to release the property to them. What should I do?
