My attorney misguided me and I missed filing for alimoney prior to divorce filing. Can I file now?
Asked in Charlotte, NC | April 23, 2026My attorney misguided me and didn't include alimony. He also missed the date. I came to know that because the divorce is done now, I can't file for alimony. Is there any way I can file for alimony now?
