Is a ticket the same thing as a DWI?
Asked in Marysville, CA | January 16, 2026I was stopped for speeding, and when the officer looked in my jacket, he found a methamphetamine pipe. He then searched me and found 14 grams of crystal meth. He gave me a ticket but let me go. Does this count as a DWI?

Will I Go to Jail for a First-Time DWI/DUI in Minnesota?
