  I was charged with a DUI in Illinois. I'm worried about how this will affect my current job, not to mention future employment. Is there a law that I have to tell my employer about the charges against me, or is it OK to not tell them?

  Can I be charged with drug possession if the drugs weren't directly on me, but were found in my car or home? I don't do any drugs, but I have friends that do occasionally partake. Can I get in legal trouble if they forget their stuff at my house or accidentally drop it in my car?
