Environmental Hazards: Visible mold growth and persistent dampness pose a direct respiratory risk. Safety Breaches: Multiple fire code violations have been identified, compromising the building's safety. Due to these ongoing issues and the hostile nature of current management, I am requesting a full refund of all associated costs and immediate remediation of these hazards.
