  How does fault matter in a Florida auto accident?

• Need advice on whether or not I have standing for wrongful termination and discrimination/retaliation.

  I was employed from 4/25 to 10/26. I have been epileptic all my life and was also diagnosed with cancer recently. I was allowed to work after having a seizure and was allowed to drive home after approximately 6 hours of work on my feet in public (I manage a restaurant in a boutique hotel). I have no memory of driving home or 90% of that day. Since I advised my direct supervisor about a possible recurrence of cancer, it has been an abusive workplace until termination. There is a documented /video record with a witness of being singled out and unfairly reprimanded during my 16 months of employment. I am 57 years old. I was asked if, given my condition(s), do I think I can successfully perform my tasks at work. No written or verbal reason was given for my termination.

  He passed and his son went on a zoom on 8/7/2026. But he knew nothing of the case until he received this notice about the case until it was too late to do anything. My brother fell in a manhole in front of the store and it cut off half his manhood. As a result he had to live in pampers. Can this case be adjudicated still?

• Rear-ended at stop by a large SUV. Subsequent pain & spine changes after chiro visit. How to handle?

  I was+ rear-ended (fender-bender) while at a complete red-light stop when larger SUV on approach rear-ended my vehicle. At fault party insurer accepted full liability. Subsequent required care was received with ultimate follow-up to Chiropractor (MVA Medica Care for Rehab./Therapy Care). Reported MVA impact of pain & discomfort was identified in upper neck & shoulders including left side shoulder soft tissue pain/discomfort & spasms. However, the Chiropractor Doctor articulated that a neck adjustment was about to take place, however, immediately thereafter and unbeknownst - without warning applied excessive and extremely forceful (too forceful) blows - multiple forceful pressing down blows all the way down my spine (pressing down extremely hard, very strong and hurtful while pressing my spine) with subsequent shoulders and pelvic / hip bone thrusting forward type of force at the corners of both shoulders and pelvic, which have now created a highly unnatural and Previously Non-Existence curving of my spine, shoulders and pelvic/sacrum & tale bone area resulting in ongoing relentless muscle, movement & joint pain; extreme misalignment ramifications to address elsewhere.

  Over the last year, on a daily basis, I get between 80-120 calls a day from the marketplace trying to upgrade my current health care program that I've asked not to be called or contacted. I have put myself on every do not call list. And still receive these calls now more that i have filed the do not call list have made attempts to even reach out to Florida DA office to file criminal charges on the US government for stalking harassment. I was told that i need a to contact local police to file the charges but have been meet with total resistance in the matter. No police officer will file my complaint. This matter has put me to a point of mental health being affected due to the non-stop calls daily, Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 8am and 9 pm, and in some cases as late as 11pm if they are calling from the West Coast. I am trying to file a complaint with the FTC, but it looks like it won't be taken seriously either. At this point, I just don't know what to do.
