• My ex employees are stealing my clients and getting into my social media and Excel, getting all my clients' information

  I had to fire a couple of employees because I noticed they were planning on leaving me and stealing all my clientele. They took pictures of all my binders and everything. After they left, they were knocking door by door to all my clients and offering them the “same service” for less money. I don’t know how, but they got into my social media and Google Documents, and they are still getting my clients. I’m about to close my shop because of it.

• Myself and others have been scammed by a software development company. What type of lawyer would help with this?

  The company is headquartered, registered in Texas, but after being scammed, you find that mostly all of them are overseas. Everyone who has dealt with them has the same experiences: contract breach, no final delivery on the product, and no further contact from the company after spending thousands. The latest person they scammed is from 3 weeks ago, and judging by reviews, it looks like everyone has been submitting complaints to Texas Attorney General and FTC.
