A lab has done my blood work incorrectly two times. Is there a ground for medical malpractice or negligence?
Asked in Fort Wayne, IN | December 29, 2025The hospital I go to for blood work is transitioning to a new lab for their lab work and has failed to do all the requested tests 2 times now. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for treatment from my doctor, but she needs the blood work to make a decision.
