I've been charged with assault & battery during a epileptic seizure so severe I was taken by ambulance to the E.R. How can I defend myself?
Asked in Warren, MI | February 17, 2026I'm a disabled epileptic. My wife had to call 911 because I wouldn't stop seizing. They rushed me to the emergency room. I informed them of my status. Severely seizing patient non-compliant needs restricting, still seizing. Filed assault & battery charges against me. I don't understand what's going on. I'm being treated as a criminal for having a health/handicap disability.

Can I sue for being assaulted by a bondsman? I wasn't the one on bond.
Asked in Charlotte, MI | March 26, 2026I was shot in the face with a mace gun by a bondsman. I was not the the one on bond. They broke in my bedroom window and shot me. They had no verification of who they were, did not knock on the front door, and had no warrant or paperwork stating who they were. They were looking for my husband, who wasn't there, and I didn't let them in, so they thought it was ok to shoot an unarmed non -threatening woman in her home.
