• Wrongfully arrested and taken to jail. What can I do?

  I was in a domestic violence situation with my ex-boyfriend, and I was told that after 5 days I needed to go to the courthouse to extend it if I wanted it to proceed 6 months later. I was in the store with my ex-boyfriend, and the police officer observed us. He immediately stabbed him to the ground as he was walking out and started punching him in his face, and my ex-boyfriend was crying, and his face was bleeding. I told the police officer that there was no need for so much violence, and he wouldn't listen. I felt scared and felt like nobody was going to listen. I was begging for him to stop hitting him, practically telling him I thought he was here to protect the community and this is how you treat them. He said stand the f*** back. I did, then I was arrested. As I was being arrested, the police officer that was arresting him and punching him told me I did this for you, this is happening for you, and this is how you treat me, and I told him thank you but no thank you. I went to jail. Wasn't accepted because my high blood pressure, which I never had, went up, and it wouldn't go down. I went to the hospital and came back, and it went from a misdemeanor to a felony.

• Can a suspect be charged with an object that's been put in his property that the victim gives the police prior to arrest?

  Doing a domestic violence situation the female accused the suspect of harming her she found a bullet laying around the house and gave it to police officers and when police detained him the next day they put the bullet into his property and he was charged for it

• If the car registered to me was involved in a police chase, fentnyal sales, but have no proof I was driving, can they arrest me?

  My car was involved in a short police chase in which it was crashed into a wall, and the person driving jumped out and ran (getting away), but they found over 15 grams of fentanyl, 2 scales, 2 ounces of marijuana, and inside was also my phone, my wallet, and my dog, but I was not the one driving. Can they issue an arrest warrant and charge me just because I am the owner of the vehicle?
