• Arrested, no notice of charges stated. Door forced open, illegal search&seizures. New charges at first court appearance.

  Awoke to my door being forced open by the cops with guns drawn and ordered out, I followed commands given and didn't resist the entire time, then I was immediately put in handcuffs. I asked what was going on multiple times and was ignored, then placed in the back of the police car. I later learned during the first court appearance that the officers then proceeded to go back and begin to illegally and without my consent or a search warrant, started to search my property and seize items. During the ride to booking, I repeatedly asked what I was being arrested for, but the officer would not reply or inform me of the charges. I wasn't told anything during booking until I was given the booking document and read the charges myself.

It started in Nevada, it ended in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, I lost, 23 years ago.

  I went to lease a vehicle and sales let me leave with the vehicle upon approval. Since the lease was never approved the vehicle was reported stolen and from there an arrest was made and I was detained. With the charges pending since July I have been unstablized going through financial hardship and won’t be able to work in my profession until it’s clear. I believe they just shouldn’t have let me leave with the vehicle and I wouldn’t be in this situation. I can give more details if this is something I can get help with.

  My Bby momma moved in with some people in Texas who promised her the world when she got there. She was a house slave. I was banned from seeing her. She was pregnant with my son during this time, I couldn’t see my sons birth. I tryed sending money apologizing for nothing so I could see my son and nothing worked when he was born. The couple she was staying with pressured her to give my baby a different last name I was very upset. I don’t own a gun I've never been violent this would be my first offense. I honestly wasn’t thinking clearly and not in my right mind and I did say a lot of things via Facebook message I regret deeply. But I never intended on acting on them. I was venting my frustration of the situation In a negative way and I have since gone to therapy and gotten back with the mother of my children. I do not live in Texas, I've never been to Texas I can’t afford to go to Texas, but I have a warrant for my arrest out there for terrorist threats. They misspelled my name. When I was crossing the border I found out I had a warrant.

  I was in a domestic violence situation with my ex-boyfriend, and I was told that after 5 days I needed to go to the courthouse to extend it if I wanted it to proceed 6 months later. I was in the store with my ex-boyfriend, and the police officer observed us. He immediately stabbed him to the ground as he was walking out and started punching him in his face, and my ex-boyfriend was crying, and his face was bleeding. I told the police officer that there was no need for so much violence, and he wouldn't listen. I felt scared and felt like nobody was going to listen. I was begging for him to stop hitting him, practically telling him I thought he was here to protect the community and this is how you treat them. He said stand the f*** back. I did, then I was arrested. As I was being arrested, the police officer that was arresting him and punching him told me I did this for you, this is happening for you, and this is how you treat me, and I told him thank you but no thank you. I went to jail. Wasn't accepted because my high blood pressure, which I never had, went up, and it wouldn't go down. I went to the hospital and came back, and it went from a misdemeanor to a felony.

  Doing a domestic violence situation the female accused the suspect of harming her she found a bullet laying around the house and gave it to police officers and when police detained him the next day they put the bullet into his property and he was charged for it

  My car was involved in a short police chase in which it was crashed into a wall, and the person driving jumped out and ran (getting away), but they found over 15 grams of fentanyl, 2 scales, 2 ounces of marijuana, and inside was also my phone, my wallet, and my dog, but I was not the one driving. Can they issue an arrest warrant and charge me just because I am the owner of the vehicle?
