• Complicated situation - how do I get a home in my name when the homeowner is being sued for non-payment of the mortgage?

  My fiance is being sued for non payment of the mortgage. I am not the homeowner. I dont want myself and my children to end up homeless because of this. Is there a way to get the house in my name? Or would have to sell it to me? We have talked about this and he is on board.
